These terms apply when you install the SalesGennie AI plugin or use its chat.

The service

SalesGennie AI answers shopper questions using your store's catalog and an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). It is free during the beta. Features and limits can change.

AI answers can be wrong

Replies are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Prices, stock and policies on your store are the final word. You are responsible for the store data you sync.

Acceptable use

Do not use SalesGennie to break the law, send spam, or attack our service or Anthropic's.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. As far as the law allows, PaByte is not responsible for losses caused by AI answers or by interruptions to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
